The City of Lake Worth Beach will come together on Friday, September 11, 2026, to honor and remember the lives lost and all those impacted by the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.

The 9/11 25th Anniversary Remembrance Ceremony will begin at 8:40 a.m. at the Cultural Plaza, 414 Lake Avenue, Lake Worth Beach, Florida.

City officials, first responders, military personnel, residents and community members will gather to commemorate the 25th anniversary of a day that forever changed our nation.

As part of the ceremony, a fire bell will be rung 30 times in remembrance of those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001.

For Lake Worth Beach residents, this ceremony is an opportunity to stand together as a community, reflect on the sacrifices made that day and in the years that followed, and recognize the bravery of first responders, military personnel and everyday Americans.
