Contest Categories

Residents may decorate their yards in one of four categories:

Haunted Harvest

Create a glowing autumn display filled with pumpkins, towering gourds, flickering jack-o’-lanterns and spooky seasonal surprises.

Monster Mash

Bring classic horror characters to life with vampires, werewolves, Frankenstein’s monster and other traditional Halloween creatures.

Scary Skeletons

Fill your yard with skeletons participating in spooky, funny or imaginative activities.

Most Creative

Let your imagination run wild with a unique Halloween display designed to surprise, delight and inspire the neighborhood.

Important Dates

Registration deadline: Monday, October 19, 2026

Judging: Monday, October 26, 2026

Winners announced: Friday, October 30, 2026, at Little Scream
